Sakuramochi (sakura mochi) is one of Japan's traditional wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) and symbolizes the spring season. Consisting of sweet, pink-colored rice cake (mochi) with red bean paste (anko) filling, wrapped in a pickled cherry blossom (sakura) leafand that you can enjoy the scent and sweetness of cherry blossoms. There are two styles: Kanto style (Chomei-ji) and Kansai style (Domyoji). It is perfect for spring events and seasonal greetings such as cherry blossom viewing and the spring festival (Hinamatsuri - Doll's Day or Girls' Day).
It is loved by many people as a dish that makes you feel the arrival of spring.

Hand-made with Japanese Hokkaido Otemo beans and Dainagon red beans, Daomingsi flour (refined glutinous rice), low sugar content, vegan friendly, without any preservatives. Please consider if you have food allergies.

Preservation method:
- Can be stored at room temperature (20-23°C) for 2 days from the day of pick up, please store in cool and dry place.
- Recommended to refrigerate as soon as possible for longer shelf lives up to one week.
- Recommended to consume ASAP, mochi are freshly made without any preservatives.
